Customer Service Center
The Customer Service Center is located on Level 2 in the center of the mall. The Customer Service Center is manned during all mall hours by an All About You Representative who provides customers with store information, gift cards, store phone numbers, directions to the mall, information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.

WiFi Wireless
Internet access available in the Food Court, California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory and Starbucks. For more information, visit the Customer Service Desk located on Level 2.

Gift Cards - Now Available


CambridgeSide Galleria Gift Cards are good at over 100 stores and restaurants where American Express is accepted. Available in denominations from $20 - $500. Purchase CambridgeSide Galleria Gift Cards Online



American Express Gift Cards accepted at millions of places. Available in denominations from $25-$200.

We no longer sell Mall paper gift certificates. Please note that CambridgeSide Galleria paper gift certificates are valid for seven years from date of issue and are still accepted in all stores and restaurants.

Wheelchair Rentals
Complimentary wheel chairs are available at the Customer Service Center.

Strollers
Strollers can be rented for mall use only through an automated stroller set-up called Smart Carte, which is located on Level 2 in front of Guess Accessories. Strollers are available to rent for a fee of $4.00, of which $0.50 will be returned to the customer upon return of the stroller. Payment can be made in the form of dollar bills and all major credit cards.

ATMs
Century Bank ATMs are located behind the escalators on Level 1 by The Cheesecake Factory, in the Food Festival and on Level A. There is also a full service Bank of America on Level 3.

High Chairs
High chairs are available in the Food Court on Level 1.

Lost and Found
Any lost and found items are logged in with Customer Service Center located on Level 2. To contact Lost and Found, please call 617-621-8666.

Gift Wrap
Gift Wrap is available to customers during the holiday season. Visit the Customer Service Center on Level 2 for complete information. All proceeds benefit a charity.

Employment Opportunities
A list of employment opportunities is available at the Customer Service Center. In addition, job listings are posted on www.shopcambridgeside.com and the job listing prompt on the automated phone system at 617.621.8666.

Public Restrooms
Public restrooms are located in the Food Court on Level 1. Additional restrooms are located in Macy's, Sears, Borders and Best Buy.

Shopping Line
Call the Shopping Line at 617-621-8666. The Shopping Line lists directions, store phone numbers, special events and employment opportunities.

Public Telephones
Public telephones are located throughout the mall. Dial *20 from any of the payphones located throughout the Mall and you will be directly connected to the Customer Service Desk at no charge.

TTY Telephone
The TTY telephone allows hearing impaired individuals to make and receive text phone calls. The TTY telephone is the same price as any other pay phone within the mall. Upon entering payment, the keyboard, which remains protected in a metal drawer, is released. An operator will connect the customer to an additional party for a text conversation causing the drawer to open automatically when another TTY answers and to close again when the call is finished. The TTY telephone is located on Level A next to CambridgeSide Tailoring.

Dial *20 from any of the payphones located throughout the Mall and you will be directly connected to the Customer Service Desk at no charge.

Mailboxes/Stamp Machine
Mailboxes and a stamp machine are located on Level B. Pick-up times are Monday-Friday at 4:00 pm. Stamps are also sold at CVS on Level 1.

Package Assistance and Escorts
For your convenience, we offer package assistance and escorts. See Customer Service on Level 2 for details.

Taxi Service
Taxis can be found waiting on CambridgeSide Place. If a taxi is not available, the Customer Service Center can request one.

Shuttle Service
CambridgeSide Galleria offers a free shuttle service between CambridgeSide Galleria and MBTA Kendall Square T Stop (Red Line). The bus runs every 20 minutes from 9am to 7pm Monday - Saturday and 12pm - 7pm Sunday.

24 Hour Security
There is security assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Mall customers and employees.

Directions, Maps and Information
Contact the Customer Service Desk at 617-621-8666 for directions and/or maps. T-Schedules, Bus Schedules and EZ Ride Schedules are all available at the Customer Service Desk for customer convenience.

MBTA Passes
Due to the MBTA changeover to the "CharlieCard", CambridgeSide Galleria no longer sells MBTA passes. The closest location to purchase an MBTA CharlieCard is the Green Line Lechmere Station on Cambridge Street.

EZ Ride Shuttle
EZ Ride is a member supported shuttle that links Cambridge worksites to Kendall Square, North Station and Cambridgeport. It is a private service with access to the public for a fee of $1.00 for adults and $0.50 for children (ages 5 - 11 yrs). Shuttles, which are wheelchair accessible, depart every 12 minutes in both directions during service hours. Shuttles run from 6:30am to 10am and 3:30pm to 7:30pm. Bike Racks
For customer convenience, bike racks are located on Level A, as well as, Canal Side near the Sears entrances.

Copy and Fax Machines
A public copy machine and fax machine are located inside Odessa Instant Shoe Repair on Level A. Copies are available for 20¢ per page. Faxes are $2.00 per page for local, $2.50 for long distance.

Sightseeing & Private Charters (Seasonal)
The Charles Riverboat Company offers private charters and sightseeing cruises that depart from the Canal adjacent to the mall. In addition, they offer Double Decker charter bus tours that travel around Boston and Harvard Square.
